  • For standard, ready-to-ship products, we aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation.

We also offer a selection of customized bike accessories and parts that are specially crafted to suit individual customer preferences or specifications.

  • These products require additional time for preparation, customization, or manufacturing.
  • In such cases, the standard 2-day dispatch timeline is not applicable.
  • The estimated preparation time will be communicated to the customer upon order confirmation, depending on the complexity and nature of the product.

  • After the quality check (and customization, if applicable), your order is carefully packed in secure packaging to prevent any transit damage.

  • Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via SMS or email, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment.

  • For regular products: You can typically expect your order to arrive within 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • For customized products: The delivery timeframe will vary based on the customization duration and your delivery location.
  • Please note that delivery to rural or remote areas may take a little longer depending on the courier coverage.

🌍 Delivery Coverage

We currently ship to most pin codes across India. If your location falls outside our delivery zone, you will be informed at checkout. We are continuously expanding our reach so that bikers from every corner of India can access top-quality gear and accessories.

💸 Shipping Charges

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown at checkout—no hidden fees.
  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or cart values.

🚫 Failed Deliveries

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
  • If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal, the product will be returned to our warehouse.
  • In such cases, re-delivery may be arranged, but additional shipping charges may apply.

📦 If You Receive a Damaged Package

  • Do not accept the parcel if it appears tampered with or damaged.
  • Take a video recording of the parcel before opening it.
  • Contact our customer support team with the video and order details so we can initiate a prompt resolution.
