At HTX India, our mission is to ensure complete satisfaction by delivering genuine, damage-free, and high-quality bike accessories, spares, and gear. We follow a transparent and strict Cancellation & Refund Policy to protect both our customers and our business, ensuring clarity and fairness.

🛑 Order Cancellation
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you wish to cancel an order, the following conditions apply:

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched. Once an order enters the packaging or shipping stage, it cannot be cancelled.
  • If your order is eligible for cancellation, you can contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We’ll try our best to halt the processing if it hasn’t been shipped yet.
  • A full refund will be initiated for successfully cancelled orders within 5–7 business days via the original mode of payment.

Note: Orders once dispatched cannot be reversed or recalled. Please verify all details before confirming your purchase.

📦 Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products and our strict quality control measures, we do not encourage refunds or returns, except in the case of products received in damaged or defective condition. We take great care to check every item before dispatching to ensure that it is in perfect working condition.

However, in the rare event that a product is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, we are here to support you.

⚠️ What qualifies as a valid return/refund claim?

  • The product is physically damaged or broken at the time of delivery.
  • Parts or items are missing from the package (only if the product originally includes those parts).
  • Wrong item received (completely different product than ordered).
  • Manufacturing defect that makes the product unusable.

📸 Mandatory Video Proof Policy
To prevent misuse and to process claims fairly, we have a strict video proof policy:

  • Customers are required to record an unboxing video from the moment the package is received and before the product is opened.
  • The video should clearly show the outer packaging, shipping label, and the process of opening the package.
  • The damage or defect should be clearly visible in the same continuous shot.

Without proper video evidence, we will not be able to accept claims for damage or product issues.

🚫 Non-Refundable Scenarios
We do not entertain refunds or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after receiving the product.
  • Disliking the product’s look, feel, or design.
  • Ordering by mistake.
  • Failure to record unboxing video or provide sufficient evidence of damage.

Please make sure you review the product details and specifications carefully before confirming your order.

📝 Refund Processing Timeline
If your claim is approved after verifying the video and product issue, we will:

  • Arrange for a reverse pickup (if applicable).
  • Initiate a refund or replacement after we receive the damaged product and verify the complaint.
  • Refunds, once approved, will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
